After each match all hosting clubs are requested to please send out full copies of their completed results program in its original spreadsheet format to Athletics Weekly, Power of 10 and the Midland office. PDF versions to these organisations are not acceptable as they require the results in XLS or XLSX format for their own results processing systems.
