It was another high quality event at the Telford 10k with the men’s course record being smashed.
The inter area match was a very close affair again with the men’s team taking 🥇 and the ladies just missing top spot by 1 point from the North.
Some great midland results with Jack Gray leading the men home and Bryony Gunn the ladies, finishing a brilliant 5th place overall. A couple of debuts too and pb’s a plenty.
