After reviewing arrangements for this year’s Annual General Meeting, the Midlands Counties Athletics Association has decided to postpone the AGM scheduled for Sunday 4th October.
The postponement is necessary to allow more time to complete several administrative matters and ensure all clubs receive the appropriate documentation before the meeting.
The new date will be Sunday 1st November 2026. We will circulate it to all affiliated clubs, together with the AGM agenda and supporting papers.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and continued support of the Association.
