Team Selection Policy
The team for the Home Countries International Cross-Country race will consist of 4 juniors (Under-20s) and 4 seniors for both male and females (16 in total).
Those wishing to be selected are advised to contact their team manager.
The Midland teams will be selected after the ECCA have selected their team.
