Team Selection Policy
The team for the Home Countries International Cross-Country race will consist of 4 juniors (Under-20s) and 4 seniors for both male and females (16 in total).
Those wishing to be selected are advised to contact their team manager.
The Midland teams will be selected after the ECCA have selected their team.

The date for the 2022 Midland 7 and 5 has been set for Saturday 19th November 2022 and the Midland Counties Cross-Country Association are now seeking a club to host the event. There have been recent comments in some quarters about the number of Midland events that are held in the North of the Area;
